DELIVERY AND RETURN

 

Delivery is only available to addresses within Canada. You can choose in store pickup, post office pickup or home delivery.

A daily pickup on weekdays is made by our associated carriers to ensure that your parcels are delivered as fast as possible. For an even faster delivery, we also offer same day delivery and express delivery. All the details are below.We value the privacy of our customers.

That's why all our deliveries are discreet. Our shipments are packed in a neutral box, without any logo or company name.

 

Same day delivery

Same day delivery is available in the Greater Montreal area for orders placed before 11:45 am ET. As of 11:45 am ET, this option is unavailable for the rest of the day. The shipping rate is $15.

All orders placed after 11:45 p.m. will be sent by standard or express delivery, depending on the option you choose.

Same day delivery is available from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays) and is based on eligible postal codes. The option will appear at checkout only if your postal code is eligible for this delivery method.

Express Delivery

Express delivery (2 business days) is available in Canada for $10 with Purolator.

Express delivery (2 business days) is offered at a fixed rate of $5 for all purchases over $100 before taxes.

If this is the case for your region, the package will be sent via Canada Post Priority service (2 business days).

 

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery (5 to 7 business days) is offered free of charge for all purchases over $50 before taxes.

For all purchases under $100, a fixed price of $7 will be charged.

Additional fees are applicable for express and same day delivery.

 

Return

Due to the intimate nature of the items we sell and for your own protection, we cannot return or exchange toys and products purchased unless they are defective. It's a question of health and safety.

Any item designed to come into contact with any body part or fluid is non-returnable and non-resalable. Once these items leave our warehouse and/or store, they are considered used and therefore cannot be returned.

If an item is found to be defective within 10 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same item or a credit code for the paid value of the item.

Sale or clearance items whose discount totals 50% or more of the list price cannot be exchanged or refunded.
