Shipping Charges


SHIPPING IS FREE FOR ORDERS OVER $100.
(applies only to orders shipped within Canada)

Canadian Orders: $5.00 plus $1.50/Item (plus tax)
U.S. (Continental) Orders: $10.00 plus $3.00/Item
International Orders: $25.00 plus $6.00/Item




Delivery Details


Seduction packages and ships all orders between 5 to 7 business days. Packaging is discreet and orders are sent expedited via Canada Post. A confirmation email from Canada Post will be sent to your email once the product has been shipped with delivery tracking information.


All orders are subject to stock availability.
Your order may be shipped in 2 parts depending on the availability of each product. No additional shipping charges will be incurred.
Your credit card will not be charged until we have marked the order as "ready to ship".




Product Availability


List of Availability Terms:

  • Processing - Funds are reserved on credit card. If all items are in-stock order is shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
  • Pending - Awaiting customer response to an issue (address error, credit card issue, etc.)
  • Hold - Product is out of stock or on back order. Out of stock items are usually available within 1 to 2 weeks. Often we are unable to obtain a precise date of availability from the manufacturer for back-orders. These products will be shipped once available if desired or by request can be removed from the order.
  • Ready to Ship - Credit card has been charged and will be shipped shortly. If the customer wishes to cancel at this point, they are responsible for the full shipping cost deemed by Canada Post. The full amount minus the shipping charges will be communicated to the customer. A transaction receipt will also be sent to the customer's email.

Seduction makes every effort to ensure that unavailable products or specific product colours do not appear on the website; however, occasionally the availability of a product or a specific style of a product may change unexpectedly. The availability displayed on our website is only an estimate and is subject to change.

If a product you have ordered is not available immediately, Seduction will notify the customer to determine how the order should proceed. If a product becomes unavailable, an email confirmation will be sent indicating the item has been removed from the website and your order. Please refer to the "Payment" section of this document for more details.




Order Tracking


Once a customer's order has been processed, a passcode that corresponds with the order number will be supplied with which the order's progress may be tracked on the Seduction.ca site.


The email confirming the order contains a link to the order tracking page. The status of the order may be checked at any time by entering the order number and passcode. Any additional instructions may be added to the User notes section prior to shipping. If you cannot find the confirmation email, be sure the email filter has not redirected the order information to the Junk Mail (or equivalent) folder.


Seduction ships all international orders with the proper forms and customs declarations attached. We cannot be held responsible for, nor refund, credit or replace merchandise seized by customs inspectors. It is your responsibility to know the law of your country/region regarding adult merchandise. If you are uncertain whether you are allowed to import a product, we recommend you do a little research before you suffer the inconvenience of having it seized by Customs officials.

Packaging & Product Functionality


Due to the nature of our products we ensure all battery operated items function properly before they are packaged and shipped out. Please note this may result in some factory sealed packaging having to be opened to complete the product test.
We advise that all products, battery operated or non-battery operated, are cleaned with a toy cleaner before use to ensure that any manufacturing residue is removed.


Here at Seduction we pride ourselves on doing our part to look after the environment. Thus, we hope to reduce waste by reusing clean packaging material to fill our orders and reducing our ecological footprint.



Returns, Refunds & Exchanges


Test all battery-operated products when the package is delivered and ensure all products on the receipt are present. Although all products are tested, be sure the items have not been damaged during transit. Please contact us within 2 business days of delivery if there are any problems with the product and a replacement is required or if you have received an incorrect product.

Any damage based on customer error or misuse is not the responsibility of Seduction. We will not accept any products that have already been used.


Returns will only be accepted due to damages, defects, or from a processing error. All returns must be approved by a member of the Seduction.ca team at the Toronto location.

Products are to be returned in their original purchase condition (including all manuals, warranty cards, etc.). If there is a missing item or the product is deemed unsuitable for use we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.


Damaged or defective products will be exchanged for the same product or one of the same value. If the Seduction.ca team has determined the case warrants a refund, the refund will only occur on the original credit card once the product(s) have been accepted by the Seduction.ca team with a copy of the original credit card receipt and point of sale receipt. It will be processed between 3 to 5 days once the returned items are verified and approved.


Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable unless there was an error made on our part or if the product has been deemed defective.



Cancellation Policies


If you would like to cancel your order please do so by email or contact us at our Toronto Location: 416-966-6969. If the notification of cancellation comes after the products are charged and packaged, customers are required to pay the exact shipping fee.



Pricing


All prices on Seduction.ca are valid for the month in progress. Product prices will be reflected on the invoice as they were displayed on the website the day the order is registered.



Payment


Seduction.ca accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express. By law, funds will be held upon placement of your order, but will not be charged until your order is marked as "ready to ship".

If all requested products are in stock, the funds will be charged in full once they are marked "ready to ship".

At times, some of the requested products ordered could be out of stock due to high demand. If so, the order will be placed on "hold" until Seduction receives the outstanding product(s). Seduction will only charge the full amount once all items are obtained and "ready to ship".

In the event that a product is on back-order from our supplier for an undetermined amount of time, we will notify you promptly for further action. The Seduction Team will provide you with two options:

  1. If you prefer to wait for the outstanding product we will charge the amount of the order in full to your credit card, send the products we have in stock immediately, and await the remaining item to send off separately. If at anytime you decide you no longer wish to wait for the item, we will refund the amount of the outstanding item. You will receive a receipt of this refund by email.

  2. If you do not wish to wait for the item to arrive, we will remove the item from the order. You will only be charged the adjusted amount as seen on the online order tracking page.

Please note when a product is removed from an order that was originally qualified for free shipping and the total amount becomes less than $100.00, you will retain your right to free shipping of your order.

If your browser does not support secure transactions or if you are uncomfortable with online credit card transactions you may fill out a mail/fax order form.
