Q: How do I find the product(s) that I am looking for on your website?
A: Our website has been arranged in such a way to make as simple as possible to find exactly what you are shopping for. The Menu bar on the left side of the webpage is set up to browse through the highly comprehensive list of products which has been divided into sections based on function of use, the material used in the products construction and the brand names of some of our favourite manufacturers. Also if you are looking for a specific item, material, manufacturer, production company or performer, just type the relevant information in the SEARCH tab at the top of the Webpage and the store will take you to all the appropriate product(s).

Q: Once I find a product I like how do I purchase it?
A: When you locate a product that truly tickles your fancy, just click on the "add to cart" button to the right of the product description and the product will be added to your virtual shopping cart. You may now continue browsing the Web Store or complete your shopping experience by clicking n the "checkout" button to the top left of the window.

Q: If I change my mind about a product I've added to my virtual shopping cart, how can I change the content of my virtual shopping cart?
A: Once one or more products have been selected you may click on the View Cart button at the top of the webpage. This will allow you to view the cart and adjust the quantities as you wish.
